My first career was Tier 1 Special Operations, I learned the reality of food as fuel, to do the job.

Once I left the military I moved to the Canadian Rockies and began competing in 24hr Solo mountain bike races at a World Championship level. For over a decade I refined my understanding of performance nutrition to achieve the goals I had set for myself.

Eventually I started an international High-Performance Race Coach business, looking after hundreds of athletes on various continents, over the course of 15 years. A great opportunity to further refine my knowledge of how nutrition can be applied by other athletes.

All of that to say, I know what works at a high-performance level.

If I was in the business of creating a great portable meal, I would create something exactly like this. The three flavors are fantastic, each one very different than the other, Clean ingredients. Great macro ratios. Purposeful ingredient choices. A modern performance approach. I'm a fan.

Anyone in search of high physical performance but also dealing with time-constrained days should practically be issued these. Having a complete, expertly balanced breakfast to reach for makes mornings significantly more approachable and I love how these set me up on an excellent nutritional foundation for the rest of the day. Sure, it's not going to tickle your tastebuds like 3 krispy kremes and a pumpkin spice latte, but the flavors are all surprisingly tasty, and, since you're on this page, you're a bit more disciplined than that, aren't you?

I'm definitely a "food for fuel" type of person. I also like to get my day moving ASAP rather than cooking breakfast every day. These food packets are perfect, I'm constantly moving at work and have been looking for a convenient food that's healthy, affordable, and more tasty than plain oatmeal. Whenever I'm hungry I can stop by a convenience store and just add the hot water and keep moving.

The flavors are good. Apple and strawberry are my favorite. The first time I tried banana I didn't like it, but it turns out I just didn't add enough water lol. Second time I mixed it properly and it was good.
