How long does an order take to arrive?

We typically fulfill in-stock orders within 24-hours. We are a small company, and do all of our own fulfillment, so please give us a day or two for weekend and holiday orders. Once orders are fulfilled, they usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

Carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Also, once your order ships, you'll receive and email with tracking information.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you're interested in placing a large order, please contact us for bulk order pricing.

Are your meals gluten free?

All of the ingredients in our meals are naturally gluten free. However, our oats and some other ingredients may contain trace amounts of gluten.

How do I return my items?

You can return any product within 90 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. Use the Contact form or email us at support@fuelmydayfoods.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
