Strawberry is my favorite but the apple spice is close. I could eat these all day. I love how it has actual apple chunks in it
This time I tried it with milk, and it was SO GOOD! I was amazed at the difference between trying it with hot water.
It was delicious and this one my favorite so far. It tasted great, with 30g of protein, low fat, and minimal added sugar. And kept me full.
